"I’ve reached out to this attorney’s office multiple times over the past two weeks regarding a serious criminal matter. I’ve called a total of four times and spoke with two different staff members, both of whom assured me I would receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours. It’s now been well over that time frame, and I’ve yet to hear anything from them. This level of communication—especially for something as time-sensitive and serious as a criminal case—is completely unacceptable. If they are too busy to take on new clients, a simple courtesy call or update would have been appreciated. Instead, I’ve been left waiting and wondering. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow-through."
