"Lindsay Briese skilfully guided me through the most difficult experience in my over six decades of existence. Through each phase of the divorce proceedings, my now-ex-wife did everything in her power to derail my life, crush my spirits and disrupt my relationship with our young daughters. She went to the extent of poisoning and weaponizing them against me in the most heartbreaking of ways. Throughout this harrowing time, Lindsay gracefully and with great care kept me strong, focused and in a healthy frame of mind, ultimately succeeding in finalizing the divorce and asset split on fair and equitable terms for both parties. This she did with minimal financial impact, ultimately wrapping it up thoroughly, efficiently and professionally. Lindsay proved herself a most capable lawyer and a level-headed human being, through even the most unpleasant turns. "Do not hire! Beware of these attorneys charging for paperwork that can be easily filed for free! They have repeatedly been unprofessional by being dishonest with clients by telling them that they have to "fix" paperwork and then charge them tons of fees. If you want your divorce to cost a lot of money hire these lawyers!"

"Going through a divorce was not what I had expected. Donald and Shana, walked me through me a year long, very high conflict, extremely high stress divorce. They were detail-oriented, professional, kind, intuitive and often the advice they gave was the right choice for me. They kept me informed when I needed to be and gave me a break, when they saw I needed it. I went to court twice, which Shana won both times and finally trial. After 6 days of trial, (it was supposed to be 4 days) trial was completed and Shana came out ahead again. The whole process was an extremely stressful one to go through with children involved, but both Donald and Shana were understanding, respectful and supportive. Their well thought out approach and strategic use of the law was very helpful in being successful. Shana and Donald will work hard for a best case scenario outcome."
