"I called the firm to inquire about a DUI defence litigation case. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and the lawyer I spoke to seemed rushed and annoyed. He promised to call me back with more information, but I never heard from him again. If they can't even handle a simple phone call with professionalism, I can't imagine how they treat their actual clients."

Seppi Esfandi is not only my fraternity brother, but a man I have been given the permission to call my Big Brother by his wife and Seppi Esfandi. This man is selective about the clients he retains which includes the attorneys and staff he acquires to care for them. This firm is first and far most a criminal defense services law firm with the capacity to garnish services for anything clients do need assistance with. Therefore, the people for which Seppi Esfandi chooses to hire to provide legal services must have experience in life as a human being, people- and then attorney. Seppi Esfandi selects people for whom he knows have the felt (felt tip) necessary to write and tell the best stories for the predicaments of those facing adversities and cannot speak for themselves. These are qualities that judges admire. The practice of law is a very grown and adult personal business. If you are up for it, it is a “people need to know about you” business; and it takes the most transparent people to be able to provide the most captivating stores which provide the best results. Seppi Esfandi needs to know everything about his staff and attorneys. As an attorney I can attest to this as he has called me at 2 pm on Saturday; 10 pm on Wednesday; and 3 am on Monday to find out where I am at the time of the call received. He does this because he at some point believes clients expect the same. I am an attorney with a disciplinary history in the California State Bar. The disciplinary history is dated but relevant to some. But I am an attorney with an exemplary academic record that extends from high school. Seppi Esfandi not only knows every crevice of my existence but has checked all of my references and attestations- while speaking to my parents personally for verification. The California State Bar has done the same with me, and they and Seppi have come to the same conclusion: you are authentic and fit to practice. He is a very thorough man and expects the same from his attorney. This is the nature of the practice. He does not instruct people from the beginning and does not expect his clients to do the same but assesses his staff and attorneys to illustrate their place in the practice and gives pointers. This is the only way to learn in his firm. He said it himself to me: I always have a place to practice at his firm. And I would not feel as honored to practice with any attorney and law firm. Judges respect him; District Attorneys respect him; Court Staff respect him; Police Officers respect him; and so, do I. This practice is not for everyone, but you need to know what your legal counsel does in their spare time- and this is what Seppi Esfandi incorporates. I need my attorneys to exemplify good life practices before I can recommend them for representing my paying clients. He is a man if religious faith, a good father, an excellent husband, and a higher than barred human being. Every businessperson should strive to receive the same assessment from those they hire.
