"We hired Scott Hutchison and Conor Wickham to handle a critical and time-sensitive legal matter, and their performance was extremely disappointing. Despite repeated clear instructions, they failed to take even basic steps, including contacting key stakeholders and following through on urgent tasks for weeks at a time. Their conduct was nothing short of incompetent — marked by inaction, dismissiveness, blame-shifting, and a complete lack of urgency. Their actions were devastating to our company, causing major disruption and unnecessary costs, while they repeatedly attempted to deflect responsibility instead of addressing their mistakes. We will be pursuing a formal complaint with the Law Society and launching a lawsuit for professional negligence. In our view, Scott Hutchison and Conor Wickham should not be trusted to handle a speeding ticket, let alone complex, high-stakes legal matters. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring them."

"They are ok, they can only assist with basic stuff, nothing too deep or fifth state. They do their own research and they have lots of details but just like all the law offices in Canada. They don't have the capacity, and after 7 years of battling the government, I don't either."
