Sean McIlveen is a Partner Attorney and Co-Founder of McIlveen Family Law Firm. When Sean McIlveen is not in the courtroom, he spends his time building custom furniture. Sean grew up in Gastonia, N.C. and graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a degree in B.A. He attended Wake Forest University School of Law and graduated from the University of Houston with his J.D. Sean McIlveen is also the author of two books on child custody and he is often asked to speak at events. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Gaston County Bar Association. Sean is also a Certified Mediator. Sean has practiced family law in Gastonia, North Carolina for over 15 years. Sean McIlveen is a family law attorney. He has focused his practice exclusively on issues that affect families and all family law issues including child support, custody, alimony, grandparents’ rights, the division of property, same-sex couples, estates, wills, and adoption. The McIlveen Family Law Firm has offices in Gastonia, Charlotte, Raleigh NC and Greenville SC. "After the sale of our house, I started to see all the things he could have asked for example.: if we had to lower the price of the house who will take the lost? Should had been the person that was asking to sell the house to get the money, but not it was the other person, he could had save my husband about $33K but not he just let the other person lawyer call the shots NOT A GOOD SERVICES."
