"Nick DeCastro has gone above and beyond what I could have expected with dealing with the worst thing that’s ever happened to my family. Him and his team would be a recommendation I can offer for life, I have never felt more supported when it feels like the world is against you."

"Donated 2600$ to the Bagley Law Firm. No allocation of parental rights were ever performed per the contract I signed. I got a second opinion and they literally don't need opposing lawyers permission to file a motion. 9 months of pure hell. Scandalous. I was told not to cash their refund check. I paid and all they gave me was excuses to file a 100$ motion. I hate this place. Never once did they perform allocation of representation of the contract signed."

"$250 for just a consultation, and then you're going to be talked down to and absolutely no effort is going to be made to actually try to help you. No empathy whatsoever."

"We worked with the Bagley Law Firm for approximately a year, specifically Mallory. Communication from the beginning was difficult at best. Emails went unanswered and phone calls unreturned for weeks on end. We had many issues we needed assistance with, but were “dismissed” after only one was taken care of. They then stated that to continue receiving their services, a $5000 deposit would be required (twice our retainer) without the possibility of payments. They essentially, were firing us, as they knew we didn’t have another 5k immediately available. I hope this is not others experience as our children are the ones suffering and their well-being has been completely ignored."

"This Law Firm is by far one of the worst firms that I ever come across. They are condescending to clients, and will take your money, all while putting minimum effort in to your case. They use a system that is designed to rob you regardless of how you feel, meaning they'll convince you that things will go bad in your case unless you pay them more money. If you can't afford to pay any more, they'll relieve themselves from your case and insult you. We've reported them to the bar association, and hope that others who've been wronged will do the same. Sad that mr bagley himself was once mayor of Longmont, but doesn't surprise me, as he's hot headed and has no genuine concerne for the people of Longmont."

"Sam Townsend got me the very best outcome in the very worst situation. Despite my trepidation with his taking over my case at the beginning of my retainer, he far exceeded any expectation I may have had for someone to represent me in a case full of emotions. Sam anticipated every aspect of the case I hoped he would and represented me professionally, honestly, and with great intent. The judge in the case even remarked on his professionalism. Elizabeth, his paralegal, was kind, warm, easily reached, and precise. I hope not to be in a tough family law case like this ever again, but absolutely recommend them to people who find themselves in one."
