"Terrible management. I was told 2 weeks ago that my apartment would be fumigated and I got everything out of my cupboards got everything ready and no one ever showed up and now I cannot get anyone in the office to answer the phone. it's been 2 weeks and no one answers the phone and in the meantime I can't eat in my kitchen. We have no property management and no maintenance whatsoever."

"A year ago when we moved in to the Pacifica Poway location, I was able to give a 4 star rating. Since then, likely due to the corporate bankruptcy, everything is deteriorating. We have terrible laundry rooms with 80% of the machines broken. And residents are limited to late afternoon to use them. But the kitchen and housekeeping are using them at the same time. We were having boring, uninteresting meals in the dining room. There has been a recent improvement with some new items. The dining room staff hours were reduced, so it's not unusual to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get served. Frankly I'm so disappointed in the current situation that I felt compelled to modify my initial opinion."

"Worst company I’ve ever delt with. This company locked me out of my home illegally for 5 months! Refused to fix BLACK MOLD. Got my keys yesterday they STILL HAVENT FIXED MY APARTMENT. Now they are refusing to answer the phone. I lost my job and I’m trying to get daycare and they are refusing to sign a paper so I can get help from the state because they have destroyed my life. Their maintenance team destroyed my property and stole from me. Their office manager threatened to call the police on me for asking for my keys. This is the worst company! Terrible customer service! Beware !!!"
