"Disappointed and Hurt by Unbalanced Legal Advice! Scott Levin was hired by my husband to draft a postnuptial agreement. Because I trusted my husband at the time, I didn’t hire my own lawyer — a decision I now deeply regret. The agreement heavily favored my husband. After signing it, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. While I was still in treatment, my husband fired me from our company, canceled my health insurance, and sold my car — leaving me in an extremely vulnerable position. He then sold one of our properties and broke the agreement, refusing to honor its terms after moving back to Romania. He told me that this attorney advised him that “nothing would happen to him legally if he left Florida,” despite unresolved financial obligations. If that advice was actually given, I believe it was irresponsible and contributed to serious harm. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking fair or ethical family law representation."
