"They will sign you up for procedures with no clear explanation as to how much you stand to owe following the procedure. I am still receiving bills for things that were done almost a year ago again with no explanation as to why. Of course the billing company also cannot explain why and go as far as to even admit the way that they handle thier billing is "confusing" and there is no one you can speak with to talk about any issues. There is just the threat of being sent to collections if you do not pay. Highly unethical."

"Really disappointed with this practice. They make it seem like they’re listening but they are always trying to rush you out of appointments so you book another. I came to here with terrible stomach pain. Had endo/colonoscopy done and was diagnosed with h pylori induced gastritis. It took a month to get those results back when they were dated just 4 days after my initial procedure but not uploaded into my portal until after my follow up. The whole month my stomach got worse, I lost 25 lbs when my doc could have called in the antibiotics a month earlier. When she prescribed two antibiotics and a ppi I voiced my concern about c diff. She told me not to worry about it and actually said to avoid probiotics. Okay well I got c diff twice. I ended up in patient for 10 days and then they were extremely hard to coordinate with to get the necessary paper work to get c diff treatment approved by insurance. I feel like this was all avoidable had the doctor just checked my results instead of waiting a month."

"I have been to three office locations with this practice so far. The doctor and nurses have been amazing to work with. Attentive, detailed, and patient. My procedures have gone well and I have high confidence in my care team. Unfortunately, the customer service of the front desk in both Columbia and Riverdale is highly disappointing. Both times I was less than greeted with a bad attitude and rude communication. It seems like they cannot be bothered to do so much as check you in or answer any questions. The last thing people need when visiting a doctor for pain relief is a bad attitude to navigate in addition. Hopefully you can figure that out because I can see how it would easily turn someone away."

"I was really anxious about getting my endoscopy in Columbia, but this clinic made the whole process so much easier. The staff was welcoming and patient with all my questions. The doctor took time to explain what would happen and followed up afterward. Everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and it shows. Great experience overall!"
