"No other customers at the store. Asked for some papers to be put in a coil bind and was told that would take 24-48 hrs “we have to make that a job”. I then went to the wasilla store where there were multiple customers inside. Wasilla said no problem and had it done in 5 minutes. Customer service seems to be severely lacking in palmer"
