Rachelle, our sales concierge and event planner, was exceptional, she ensured every detail was taken care of and made the entire planning process seamless. The venue itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The team truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. "Disappointing experience. Got tickets only to wait in a line for the tickets to expire, after which we were told to pay the cost of 2 drinks for admission. Mind you, there were barely any people in the venue. Nice try at your marketing ploy but you lost customers this way. Bouncer super cold."

"honestly it is a cool venue. however the downstairs bathroom is a little questionable. the doors to the stalls are camouflaged with the walls so it can be confusing. there are also no hooks on the doors so i had to hang my bag on the handle. upstairs bar ran out of plates for the snacks"
