"Can't say enough good things about Dr Swaroop and his staff. Recently, my husband had a serious issue that landed us at the North Scottsdale office for help. We arrived just as the office was closing, but it didn't matter, Dr Swaroop and his staff literally turned the lights back on and began assisting us immediately. Dr. Swaroop is truly a professional, and genuine in his interest toward his patients. He was able to get us the help we needed including hospitalization requirements and followed us throughout our journey. It is difficult today to find such good care and we are, and will be forever grateful. Dr Swaroop is truly a rare gem in the industry. Anyone needing these types of services should definitely check him out! Thank you to Dr Swaroop and his entire staff for all of the excellent care!! Lisa Fargotstein"

"I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Prabhakar Swaroop as my gastroenterologist. He not only identified polyps with high-grade dysplasia but acted quickly and decisively to get me scheduled for a second colonoscopy. His calm, clear communication gave me confidence—and his medical expertise made a potentially scary situation feel proactive instead of panic-inducing. It's easy to put off a colonoscopy, especially when you feel fine. I needed two procedures in a short timeframe, and Dr. Swaroop's skill and thoroughness might very well have prevented a much more serious outcome. I truly felt like he was looking out for me, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs not just a skilled doctor, but a partner in their long-term health. And the team around him is attentive, helpful and professional too!"

"Avoid this place. I switched to Southeast Valley Gastroenterology and have had PHENOMINAL service. Its unfortunate that after Dr. Wadas left this place went to the dumps. My mother had to change from the west valley location to the Scottsdale as me and my father saw and loved Dr. Wadas. After Dr. Wadas left she needed to transfer back to the west valley as she can not drive that far with her disability. Because she saw two different doctors at AZDH in the west valley because her original one wasn't available on the day of the appointment and then transferred to Wadas, she is no longer allowed at the facility. Then you have myself, I had to cancel one appointment as I had a miscarriage and had to deal with that, then the next appointment was rescheduled ON THEIR end as Dr. S was out of the office, so then comes my next appt they rescheduled me to, I called 2 weeks in advanced to move it a week or two as I had conflicting schedules with work that arose. I was told that if I missed another appointment or rescheduled I am no longer welcome at the facility. Ha okay, I called back later that day and said cancel my appointment I found a new doctor. My family and I have been patients at this practice for over 10 years. So its sad to see this place go to hell in a hand basket. Then they call me a few days ago about a med pre-auth after I told them a month ago I am going elsewhere, to which after a months notice still couldn't get my records over. Shocker, they can drop the ball and that is perfectly okay. Had to remind then AGAIN to send my damn records. But hey if we have to move an appointment WELL (again 2 weeks prior) into the 48 hours prior to the appointment requirement you get treated like a criminal. Even after I reminded them that one of my appointments were moved due to their request I got no acknowledgement on their part."

"I was charged a $50 no show fee, even though I showed up for my appointment and refused to sign the no show policy. The Office Manager would not allow me to see the Doc so I left. Once I got the charge it took 4 days for them to return my call. Eventually I had to call billing to waive the charge. However the Office Manager informed me this was a one time waiver. She was extremely rude and refused to tell me her name. I'm never going back. A good medical practice needs a professional office staff and AZ Digestive Health has the worst."
