"Great lawyers here!! I initially worked with Mr. Driscoll, then William T. Cathcart. I was extremely nervous about being charged after a near fatal accident. Mr. Cathcart was so patient in answering all of my questions, thoroughly explaining the process and all that they can do to assist me. I can breathe easy now thanks to Mr. Cathcart!! Highly recommend!!"

"I enjoyed working for RTS and took pride in applying my skill set to contribute to the company’s success. However, during my time there, I was never properly trained or offered assistance to grow in my role. As staff began to leave, I was expected to take on additional responsibilities, often working long hours while being underpaid and overworked. Despite my dedication and the extra effort I consistently put into my work, I was wrongfully terminated. My dismissal was not performance-related but rather because my employer chose to replace me, as had occurred with several others before me. This experience has caused significant stress in my life, and I don’t believe it reflects fair treatment of employees. If an attorney cannot show appreciation and respect for those working hard to support the business, how can he truly value and serve his clients with the same integrity? I am not sharing this to harm the company’s reputation but to shed light on my personal experience so others can be aware of how employees are treated and clients not getting the proper attention they need."
