Ryan is a partner and trial attorney at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC. He focuses his practice on Family Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation cases. Ryan has represented numerous individuals in family law cases, including paternity, divorce, child support, property division, and post-judgment actions, throughout south, east and central Wisconsin. Ryan also works as a Guardian ad Litem in the Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties to represent the best interests of minor children. Ryan’s work as a Guardian ad Litem provides him with a unique perspective in handling family law cases. Beyond his work at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC, Ryan is also a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the U.S. Army Reserve. He has been in the Army since 2003 and has achieved the rank of Major. During his free time, he volunteers with several organizations, including the Dry Hootch Volunteer Family Law Clinic. At Dry Hootch, Ryan provides general legal advice to veterans and their families.
