About:
I have personal and professional experience with the aftermath of divorce, and family violence. People are much more likely to hurt those whom they love than to hurt a stranger on the street. It is love that that stirs up into passion and sometimes erupts. I have found that time tends to cool down emotions. Often, people who love one another eventually forgive one another. Other times, splitting up is the only path to find peace. I'm not here to judge you for who you decided to love. I'm here to help you find peace. If you have been charged with a crime, you are in a fight with the State of Georgia. The deck is stacked against you and they want you to sign to waive all of your rights. Even if the "victim" has forgiven you, the State will still fight to strip you of your freedom. The prosecutors will pressure you to plea but there are other ways to defend yourself. If you are the victim of family violence, I can help calm the violence without the police. You don't have to get law enforcement involved. If your significant other or family member gets convicted of a crime, it could hurt their ability to earn a living... which may hurt you. Instead you can get a temporary family violence protective order. Get some space, cool the emotions, and then figure out how to move forward. If your family is falling apart, it is hard to know what to do. When in doubt, get some advice. I have talked with judges, lawyers, and other people about many unique family problems and I'd love the opportunity to discuss your problems. Whether it's about money or child custody, I can help you make a plan to move forward with your life. I'm here to help.

"I’m incredibly grateful to Attorney Jennifer M. Spear and Paralegal Jimasha J. Clark for the way they handled my family case and TPO. From the very beginning, they supported me through every step of the process. Jennifer M. Spear guided me with care and professionalism. She helped me through each step, explained everything clearly, and supported me like a family member during one of the hardest times of my life. I truly felt seen, heard, and protected. Jimasha J. Clark, as the paralegal, was also amazing—always responsive, organized, and kind. Her behind-the-scenes support made everything smoother and less overwhelming. Thank you both for standing by me when I needed it most. Your compassion and dedication made a real difference."

"ATTORNEY EUGENIA WALLACE fought for me and my son! I am still in shock…I’m so grateful. After two years, two horribly non responsive and negligent prior attorneys… I finally found bonafide ; representation with Attorney Eugenia Wallace. Immediately, Attorney Wallace and PA Katie Noland whipped my documentation, evidence and prior filings into shape. They kept me informed and COMMUNICATED timely to keep me in shape. I WILL FOREVER REFER DANIELS & TAYLOR LAW FIRM because…Attorney Wallace and PA Noland are amongst their great staff. The quality divorce representation I received was worth EVERY DECIMAL $$$$$! Do not hesitate, other firms waste time and money and frankly could cost you severely. I am still in shock, as I literally acquired Team Wallace in less than two weeks before final hearing. No time was wasted and I won more than I could dream possible. Not to mention, the opposition was an active seasoned attorney and active judge! Yet, the opposition still didn’t stand a chance against the professional, level headed and organized attention to detail legal experts; PA Katie Noland and phenomenal champion Attorney E. Wallace. Tears of joy! Thank You; Daniels & Taylor Law Firm in Gwinnett, GA."
