DVLawyers AI Summary:

Falconers LLP is a law firm dedicated to civil, constitutional, and criminal litigation, with a particular emphasis on state accountability. Their practice areas suggest a strong commitment to addressing systemic issues and advocating for the rights of individuals, particularly in cases involving abuse and injustice. The firm appears to adopt a survivor-first approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients who may be navigating their trauma while seeking legal recourse. The tone of the firm’s communications conveys a sense of compassion and respect, which is critical for survivors of domestic violence and other forms of abuse. They emphasize litigation with a conscience, indicating that they are not just focused on winning cases but also on pursuing justice in a manner that prioritizes the dignity and well-being of their clients. This empathetic approach is essential for individuals who have experienced trauma and are looking for legal representation that acknowledges their experiences and provides a supportive environment. The firm’s focus on systemic issues may resonate particularly well with those seeking to challenge larger entities or hold accountable those in positions of power who have contributed to their suffering. However, if your primary concerns are more centered on personal family law issues or urgent protective measures, it may be beneficial to reach out and discuss your situation directly with the firm to determine how their expertise aligns with your specific legal needs. Overall, Falconers LLP seeks to empower their clients through a compassionate legal process, making them a potentially supportive option for survivors seeking justice.

"They took 6 weeks to respond with no proper result and after weeks saying they don’t have time to take on a case and that they are too busy after spending an hour explaining my case maria over the phone . Very unprofessional and so it’s called human right lawyer so much for it . Very disappointed and would never choose or recommend this firm . Very unprofessional when I mentioned why took so long Maria hangs up ."

"For all the advertising of this firm they certainly do not seem interested in seeking accountability for public officials misfeasance. Better firms are out there that provide dignity and respect to people who are severely wronged and are forced by necessity to spend copious amounts of money in order to navigate a judiciary without any credibility to begin with. Don’t settle for less. Falconer’s want high status patricians with media coverage, not the plebeians that are voiceless but still willing to pay. Definitely not “litigation with a conscience.” There is an aura about the discriminating person that I have spoken to on the phone that makes approaching this law firm feel like grovelling for simply seeking to be represented. It’s one thing to have a superiority complex which is typical amongst lawyers but it’s another thing to make people feel inferior."
