"In what is the darkest period of my life, Mr. Aubrey Ducker was the only source of light and hope. A sibling unilaterally applied for guardianship of our parent against our parent's wishes. As the caretaker of our parent, brutal allegations were brought against me. Not knowing where to turn, I reached out to a family lawyer, who advised me to hire a guardianship/probate lawyer with expertise in Elder Law. To my understanding, Elder Law is a new branch of law designed to allow a senior say in how the twilight of his/her life will be managed by family and/or the court. Mr. Ducker was the first guardianship/probate attorney to return my call and during our initial consultation, he was very honest and forthright about the financial cost of litigation, and more importantly, what the real priority of the children should be: our parent's happiness and well-being. Mr. Ducker used his understanding of Elder Law to navigate my parent and her legal counsel away from litigation and into what was the best outcome of the situation, because the court was involved; Elder-caring Coordination. Elder-caring Coordination allowed my parent control of her own life and appeased the court's desire for observation and supervision, while ruining my sibling’s attempt to gain complete control over our parent’s life and finances. After meeting Mr. Ducker, my parent commented she wished he were her counsel. I truly wished the same, as he saw her as a person. Unfortunately, my parent passed before the case was dismissed. Mr. Ducker, again, was honest about the finical cost of retaining him to settle a simple estate and advised me to have the attorney who wrote our parent’s Will settle it. The sibling who started the guardianship proceedings disagreed and retained different counsel. As Mr. Ducker was remarkably familiar with the situation and I trust his advice, he again was the lawyer I wanted. Whether it was sympathy for a ruined life, empathy because he, himself, had lived through a comparable situation, the point he is at in his own legal career/practice, or he simply liked me as a client, Mr. Ducker saved me thousands of dollars during the intentionally dragged out settling of a remarkably simple and straight forward estate. Unlike almost any attorney I know or have heard of, Mr. Ducker did not bill me for everything and anything related to his work representing me. I recommend Mr. Aubrey Ducker, without hesitation, if any of my story is familiar to your own life. The brutality and ugliness of greed and guardianship within family and the legal system requires an attorney who has retained he/her humanity and compassion, if you hope to retain any part of who you once where before the legal proceedings start."

Through the process I was frequently updated and kept in the loop about my affair. The end result was amazing, Attorney Persad was able to get to a conclusion in my favor rapidly! I would highly recommend Attorney Persad and his team, I will certainly retain his expertise again if legal counsel is ever needed in the future."

"In today's world, it's almost certain that we'll need legal advice at some point. In an unexpected situation, I found myself in need of legal counsel. After searching online, I was fortunate to find Attorney Tee Persaud of PCC Law. "T," as he prefers to be called, was thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Before quoting any price, he took the time to assess my concerns and allowed me to decide if he could be of service. His advice was invaluable, and after payment, he quickly delved into the details of my case. He issued and served legal notice to the opposing side. Despite the complexity of my case, I was extremely pleased with his assessment, overview, and professional handling of the facts. I highly recommend Attorney T for your legal needs. He provided not only support and rational assessment, but also follow-up with additional contacts and referrals. Thank you, T, and his Legal Assistant, Neil. GYP"
