"Charles Nigro is the prosecutor in Raytown. He lost my case because he did not check to see if the ordinance was updated. A man named Timothy John harassed for nearly 4 years and was able to walk away due to Charles not doing his job and making sure social media and texting was considered harassment in Raytown. He had no sympathy and did not offer me an apology. Furthermore Timothy has continued to harass me and I am now scared for my life because of this example of the justice system failing victims. I also spoke with Charles in multiple occasions asking if anything needed to be updated or is there anything I needed to do and I was rushed off the phone. Ridiculous."
