"The Office struggles with communication and lots of turn over , short staffing issues. It’s very frustrating as a patient but also just sad. These people are working in the thick of the mental health crisis in America. The providers are good, once you can get in. 😥"

"They have a lot of providers and clients, so I often need to keep myself accountable for scheduling my follow ups, but they are so helpful and I have always loved the service I've gotten from everyone there. I've seen Dr. Saha and Heather Bloomcamp for some time now, and they are both amazing. I saw Luke Bradley a while ago, and he was great too. I feel like everyone here really looks out for me and I always feel so welcomed and cared for each visit."

"I usually hate to leave negative reviews. But I truly want people to understand what they are getting involved in with this company. I came here looking for help after my doctor suggested ADD testing. So I got a referral and I started the process. My insurance changed in the middle of it which is fine I was told when I would leave there that they have 40 doctors on staff and that one of them would be able to take my new insurance. I left several messages waiting for a call back for weeks with absolutely no response. They said I could pay out of pocket for my testing which I think is ridiculous since I have insurance. I was told that none of the 40 doctors that are on staff would take my insurance. That out of the 40 of them only four do ADD testing. I feel like my time has been wasted I was told one thing and then another and I have been dealing with this for about a month with them. When I was suggesting that I could go to another facility I got hung up on. All I wanted was to try and get some help and I wasn't offered any suggestions they just wanted my money. Buyer please be careful of this place. Again I hate to be negative but hopefully this saves some people time and money. Good luck out there everyone!"
