"This facility feels very much like what people often call a “good ole boys club.” From my experience, the owner seemed more interested in protecting personal relationships vs. being honest, fair, or truly seeking justice. I did not see a real effort to investigate or uncover the truth. Instead, the system appeared to focus more on politics and keeping the flow of patients coming in, rather than genuinely caring for the people they are supposed to help. I am truly heartbroken by what my family and I went through here. It was a painful experience, and I would never want anyone else to have to endure what we did."
