"Robert de Vries is not a good lawyer. He over charges, and more often than not seemed as though he was trying to sabotage my case and was working for my ex wife instead of me. He is ill prepared and sounds like an unconfident bumbling fool in the court room. He will forget key points. At one point I was editing my own Affidavits more than once until he got it right. To walk into his office is like stepping into the 80's with stained, torn cloth chairs. Robert de Vries did more harm than good. Don't waste your money like I did. UPDATE: I see Robert has a different reply than his first which slandered me and broke our confidentiality agreement. I still have a screenshot of it Robert 👍. my new council suggested i take legal action."

"Thank you, Robert, for seeing my case through three and a half years of battles and rough roads. I have been amazed at your word crafting and professionalism. You continued through four lawyers representing the opposing party! Cathie was a wonderful, competent legal assistant. She listened, worked with me and saw me through a zillion emails and documents! Thank you to all the staff who travelled with me through these years. It’s sort of like leaving home!! Wishing you the best in the future!"

"Unbelievably unprofessional services. Cindy, their accountant is by far the rudest individual I talked to. She kept repeatedly cutting me off on the phone and deflecting from the fact that she failed to provide adequate information. The firm is considered probono, but charges equal to, if not more than other law firms. The services were lacking in both communication and time management. Highly would not recommend. Go to literally any other firm! ***Update**** Assuming the person taking the time to finally get around to addressing these reviews is either Robert, or his wife Cindy. I would like to say your response comes after a year or more of ignoring many of these issues, after your firm received a rather large volume of negative feedback. With that being said, the review responses you're providing are subjective and hold no value. Of course you're going to suggest your service is extraordinary, that doesn't mean your bias is correct. And it should go without saying, that your inability to navigate these negative comments without snotty retorts and empathy speaks volumes to the lack of professionalism present at this firm. The owner, or otherwise, cannot with certainty make a claim suggesting SOMEONE else's experience, negative or otherwise, is not correct as they experienced it. My review stands. I DID sign off on a pro bono contract, I DID experience some of the worst kind of service & professionalism. This does remain to be one of the worst law firms I have ever encountered. I sincerely hope instead of investing time in getting your two cents in with everyone that shares their experience, you instead invest in ways to change people's opinions."

"HUGE thank you to Robert, Racheal and Lana. Staff are courteous, professional, and hard working. They were quick to help when I was in dire need for legal assistance concerning a protection order, a divorce, and advice on how to proceed with some rather difficult to navigate circumstances. Do not hesitate to reach out to this group for legal advice and representation."
