"The worse line to call, got told by a male on November 18th or 19th that I would get a call back in two weeks to know if my $25 were refunded and I never got a call back, so I called back today about the issue, this place is a waste of time and space in this state, and need to be shut down for how they are, though today was a nice lady to at least explain somethings, but wouldn't give the name of the male who caused my pain in this to where if I ever figure out the HR department phone line, that place is where I am gonna be calling, otherwise I will visit in-person to ask about the issue as it seems this place is all mainly old people who are slow at rendering on what goes on around them, or have no brain to remember anything and waste people's times (except for the lady, as she at least tried, but for the male that took my calls) SHAME. ON. YOU. AND YOUR FAMILY!"

"The worst service ever. They do nothing but STEAL the $25 fee. All the lawyers do is try to pick apart your claim, not build it up. It’s obvious who they really work for, and it’s not the people, it’s the corporations and wealthy. They don’t care about the law and if it was broken. This country is dead."
