"Kathy Borys did an awesome job helping us sell my mom's house in St. Anthony Village. We chose her because she is very highly rated and knowledgeable about St. Anthony Village. She has all of the qualified contacts that I needed to get my mom's house cleaned out and on the market ASAP. We were able to get the house cleaned out, new HVAC, new roof, sewer line fixed and house sold in 2 weeks for $65,000 over asking!!! She was always available 24/7 for any questions and guidance and her warm personality made me feel instantly comfortable trusting her expertise and contacts. She made the process run smoothly and easily. So glad she was our realtor. I couldn't have done it without her."

"My husband, Don Frederiksen and I decided to sell our wonderful house after 24 years. Although we loved the house, we were interested in downsizing as we are getting older. We had met with several other realtors in the past but had not met the person who understood the value of our neighborhood and schools. We were looking for someone with a personality that was professional but had communication skills that were relatable and allowed us to be ourselves. We found that person in Kathy Borys. From our first meeting, she demonstrated how much she understood the value of our community neighborhood and could get us the most for our house. We really appreciated her staging services that helped position our house for the “Sell.” Moving is incredible stressful, but throughout the process, Kathy’s calmness and confidence helped us through several bumps in the road. "Our folks had passed away and we needed to sell the house. We interviewed a few relators including Kathy. She came well prepared so we went with her and we couldn't have been more pleased. There were some issues with the house we had to address before selling and she was able to coordinate getting those taken care of. The whole process/closing with her couldn't have went better. i would highly recommend her."
