"Rick called me a hour before my case was to start, and lied to me to get me to take a plea deal. He is a terrible attorney, and in my case may have broke the law. He informed me that my home could be awarded to the other person involved, even though that person was not on the deed and was not married to me. This forced me to take a plea I did not want to take, which was the goal of this corrupt attorney. I was told “mitigation was part of his job”. His goal was to stop any further loss on my behalf, in a case that I was completely innocent of. There was no communication until the court date. Rick pushed me through the process and collected my money and went on with his business. Rick will lie to you. After talking to other attorneys, I was notified that a judge did not under law have the authority to award the defendant my home. Rick lied to get me to take a deal out of fear of losing my home. I would not take a chance on Rick."

This man will go to the cross fighting for you. His wife is also a part of his firm. She is kind and compassionate. They both work with you. They even check on you after your case is over.
