"Asking for help. letter "Emotional support animals (ESAs)", Trying to get letters from a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychiatrist, etc.). This letter verifies that the animal's presence is a necessary part of your treatment plan for a diagnosed mental or emotional disability. According to My apartment staff, having a Cat or Dog in the apartment must 1. pay non-refundable pet deposit of $400. 2. pay pet fee $30. each month 3. must sign pet addendum include apartment lease contract. The Fair Housing Act (FHA) mandates that landlords provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, including those with ESAs. This means landlords cannot deny housing or charge pet fees/deposits for ESAs."

"Looking for an individual counselor should be an easy process, and I would think, the bread and butter of any mental health company. I made a mistake, however, and did not heed earlier reviews. Communicating with this office is dysfunctional, difficult, callback requests are not made and appointments are cancelled with no explanation. If one is on Medicare, I WOULD AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They seem to be more interested in selling you a service insurance policy than accepting regular Medicare (though they say they do). “Owner Responses” try to convey an attitude of caring but I do not see that in the operation of their company. If the “Owner” cannot resolve these issues in a timely manner, it is yet another reason why to not go there. It does not seem to be "committed to address issues or care for clients. 1 star reviews are dominate feed back for years."

I’m giving 4 stars because I felt an item that was valuable got overlooked and didn’t get anything for it. Overall, I’m happy about the whole experience. "I brought my bracelet, and a couple rings in for repair. They fixed the clasp on my bracelet for free while I waited ( a different jeweler said it would have to be sent out, with a cost of $300). The employees are very nice and helpful."

"I bought a brand new wedding band from Kay jeweler's never been worn wedding band this past Christmas decided not to get married. It’s been in the box ever since it did not have a blemish on it anywhere I picked my stuff up today and that is not the ring that I pawned, it has blemishes all over it, they switched it with another one they had at the store I’m sure but I can’t prove anything with these people. I suggest you go over with them well on an item you want to Pawn I gladly paid your interest and you ripped me off if there was anyway I could prove it I would take you to court, but that’s what happens when you deal with an unreliable pawnshop, I know damn well you didn’t give me the ring I pawned and if you have any sense, do not ever go into this place, they used an address I had over 12 years ago. I gave them my drivers license. You would think they would have sense enough to use my current address, but I guess that’s how they cover their ass. Just a typical scumbag.not honest pawn shop…I beg you don’t go there ever!!!!"
