"To summarize, I hired Rick to represent me in an OFP case. He and his two paralegals, Sara and Anna, were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Ultimately, he was able to get the case dismissed. Before any funds were even discussed, Rick took time out of his schedule to review documents and hear details relevant to my case. He provided me with his opinion of how he foresaw the case concluding and presented me with a few different options. As someone who is not entirely familiar with the intimate details of the legal process, his willingness to help me understand it helped solidify my decision to hire his team for representation. Communication by his team was always prompt and helpful. Although I was anticipating several hearings, only one was required before he was able to get the case dismissed. He would ask how my family and I were doing throughout the entire time that he represented me. Sometimes even just a random text without anything to do with the legal stuff. "Hands down the best interaction I’ve ever had with any lawyer he was quick and honest and when I was so scared I couldn’t even sleep he made me fully relax and trust he would get the best outcome and he succeeded fully beyond any potential I could of asked for he is caring compassionate and just all around great person very professional and diligent. He has lots of experience and can make any situation at ease which to me is most important not to have to worry or stress ."

"Richard needs to consider his audience, namely the client’s background if relevant. Here it was. As a former prosecutor I wouldn’t have called 911 if I acted disorderly. A postal worker flipped out. So I called as the post master did nothing and I get the most residential packages. The postal worker alleged race and mental health to distract from what occurred. There was no video of the actual USPS incident. Yet the cop and finally my attorney appeared to have taken her word… Richard said he was going to review the police reports but I could tell he hadn’t yet…When we did review the videos of the body cam, parts were missing, which he wouldn’t discuss, saying our zoom time was done, and he excused the cop’s behavior (illegally reaching in for my car key; tried to drag me out of the car until his Sergeant told him to stop). Advice for Richard: Lengthy emails could’ve been avoided if you had simply remained quiet for 20 minutes to hear the entire “story.” I definitely didn’t feel listened to, felt “handled”, and at the end got “dubbed,” and told to hire another attorney to fix… Lastly, I hired Richard based on the reviews but was concerned when he continually referred to getting the case “dumped.” He dumped it. In my lap."
