"I placed a mobile order for the location on 11th by accident, and when I arrived to this location JR the gentleman helping me today was very considerate, he was able to get my order in fast and efficiently, he was very nice, when I asked how I could get a refund for the mobile order I placed at the other location he gave me multiple options to get the refund and to help the situation, once I reached out to the employees on 11th the customer service was truly trash, so even tho my issue wasn’t resolved I REALLY appreciate JR’s will to help just know your kindness doesn’t go unrecognized!"
