"We had difficulty getting any information on the status of my husband's divorce. On two occasions, after waiting weeks without a response to our calls and emails, we contacted the Lancaster County Bar Association who contacted him for us. Post divorce, Mr Katz somehow neglected to provide my husband with the necessary paperwork to transfer the deed to a property, which was ordered 12 months ago. We discovered this when we received the documents last Friday with a note from Mr Katz telling us that the other party was going to appear three days later to ask the court to compel my husband to sign them, despite the fact that Mr Katz admitted he had received them sometime last summer, but missed sending to us. He has also failed to follow through on facilitating the transfer of the marital assets which was stipulated in the divorce decree 12 months ago, and which the other party has refused to allow, despite assuring us on several occasions that it would be arranged. The lack of communication is so bad that my husband learned his divorce has been finalized not from Mr. Katz, but from his brother who read it in the newspaper."

"Negative reviews aren’t my thing. However this is just ridiculous. I hired Katz 3 years ago, for a custody case that I already filed for. As time went on he insisted I forfeit some of my time in favor of the mother; who was agreeing to just end the whole thing and continue what we did for 11 years without the courts. Katz reasoning was I might possibly have to forfeit time in the remaining years of our sons childhood (which was 5 years). Needless to say I dropped the case anyway, retained my 50/50 and everything’s been golden. What receives this negative review is him avoiding my calls over the past 3 years to finish an overdue divorce which she filed during the custody battle. He advised I not sign a paper and if need be sign it a month later. 3 years pass and every few months I call to see if we can do anything. Talked to him once and I offered to pay double. He said money wasn’t an issue and would call me back. Never did. I call back, no answer, no reply. I wait it out try again in a few months and no answer, no replies, nothing. I left another voicemail saying I’d pay whatever he needs. Same old, same old. So I’m stuck in limbo until this divorce case expires. Waiting to adopt another son from a guy that’s practically begging me to. And this review is literally my only option left. Do not hire Katz!"
