"I have been on a fixed income for years due to suffering two TBI’s in two MVAs, and I shared this with Dena and her staff going in, and this firm after taking me and my ex both to the cleaners after manipulating me the entire time to get as much money as possible from my ex for themselves. Dena told me during our first meeting (with my assistant present) that I would NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING in fees, etc. Then she said, I am not supposed to tell you that, but you won’t! That was a HUGE LIE! She did not even want to listen to me, when I asked her to stop burying my ex in paperwork, and that I didn’t want her to do that to my ex and that I had hoped to maintain a friendship and that I wanted to work towards mediation, but no, Dena had her own plan. In closing, I need to say that I felt totally railroaded and taken advantage of (as I had to pay her masses of money!) after being told in the beginning that I would be responsible for no costs and she did absolutely nothing productive for myself during the whole process and did not respect my attempts to settle the matter amicably. I felt totally used, manipulated, and confused every time I spoke with her. Lie, after lie. I absolutely suggest that if you are looking for someone who will have your best interest in mind and especially if you need an attorney that will advocate for you…. Just keep walking when you see Taub and Taub Law firm."

"I had the unfortunate experience of working with Richard Taub on a legal matter, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, it was clear that they were more interested in collecting their fee than actually providing competent legal representation. They were consistently unresponsive, unprepared, and lacked any semblance of professionalism. Not only did they fail to meet deadlines and provide accurate advice, but they also demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge of the law. In the end, their incompetence cost me time, money, and a favorable outcome in my case. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this attorney unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain."

"I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Taub & Taub, P.C., and it's hard to fully convey the frustration, disappointment, and anger I feel towards them. From my personal interactions to their courtroom behavior, this firm has proven itself to be a beacon of unethical practices and manipulation. To start, the level of professionalism — or rather, the lack thereof — was astonishing. Instead of prioritizing fairness or even competent legal work, their primary focus seemed to be on exploiting the system. Their court behavior was not just unprofessional but borderline unethical. They actively pursued strategies that were clearly designed to mislead and confuse, rather than seeking any real resolution. It felt like they had no respect for the legal process or the rights of the parties involved. Their actions were malicious, aimed at derailing justice and leveraging any loophole available for personal gain at the expense of morality and decency. It was clear that this firm does not have the best interest of its clients at heart, but rather a single-minded focus on winning at all costs — even if it means resorting to questionable tactics. What’s worse is their blatant disregard for human decency. In my dealings with them, I encountered not just dishonesty, but a cold, callous approach that speaks volumes about their character, or lack thereof. "Dena Taub is an amazing attorney. She is professional, she is smart, she is a fighter, and she thinks outside of the box. If she takes your case, she is there for you when you need her and won’t leave you hanging like most other lawyers. Dena is highly knowledgeable, which actually translates into a lot of savings for you, but if your case goes outside of her scope, she won’t just tell you go find another lawyer you are on your own, she has a lot of lawyer connections you can meet with and evaluate. Her best connection is Mr. Richard Taub. Mr. Taub is also very professional and has lots of experience in different practices of law. Our case was complex, it required multiple simultaneous attorneys aside Dena & Richard. It was so complex an article was written about it for other lawyers to learn from. From beginning to end Dena was there every second, she was there herself at every hearing and meeting, managing our caseloads, and various attorneys, and dealing with the opposite side who changed lawyers like 6 times. Dena made our potentially 5 year case into 3 years and the end result has been everything we wanted. Thank you, Dena & Richard."
