"Well... Since you have now commited libel by publishing false statements about me, I will post a copy of all documents on my YouTube channel so the public can judge. The email I received regarding the occupied inspection only stated a time and date when someone would arrive. Not exactly as accommodating as you stated. It even said that I do not need to be present as the inspector will bring a key! Nowhere in SC Section 27-40 does the word "mandatory" appear in reference to occupied inspections. As for the insurance. If a tenant has a lapse of their insurance, as you claim I did, is it normal practice to refund the premiums? The premiums that you erroneously charged me were refunded, as can be seen on my ledger (the $45 and $47 credits) because my insurance never lapsed. That was publishing a false statement about me that can harm my reputation. I still find it concerning that at no point has anyone picked up the phone and called. Maybe "Mr. Tenant you have been with us for over 5 years and never any issues other than this. How can we help you?" Nope. Just blame the tenant with total disregard for the truth. I feel that I should also post the lease in it's entirety. There are a lot of interesting things that a prospective tenant should know. Like, even if you pay your rent in person, Rinehart will charge you a fee! You pay your staff an hourly wage or a salary to perform these tasks!! Do you really need that few dollars more than your tenant? Or, if you post anything negative about the company on social media, that is false, they can terminate your lease! And I almost forgot to mention the most recent occupied inspection! The gentleman that came was very polite and respectful! He stood in the middle of a room and took pictures. Never once did he open closets or cabinet or open dresser drawers. If this gentleman would been here the first time, I don't think we would be having this conversation. UPDA?E 2: I would like to ask for help from other Rinehart customers. How many of you have to suffer through these "occupied inspections”? I am a disabled veteran with PTSD and I have asked Rinehart to stop doing these as it creates an extreme amount of anxiety for me to have a stranger walking into every room in my house taking pictures. It would be interesting to know how many other customers this happens to, and how often. I would be wrong to make a false assumption that I am being singled out. Other than that, I want to thank Rinehart for supporting disabled veterans by ignoring my request to respect my disability. UPDATED The power of Google reviews! It took less than 1 day to respond after I posted this review. The illegally charged renter's insurance issue has been resolved. I was asked by Rinehart to remove this review once my money was refunded, but that does not change the fact that all this still happened. If not for this review, the issue would still be valid. Apparently, the person originally "helping" me resolve this issue was not even the correct property manager, which might explain why they stopped responding to me back in March. The correct property manager, Pernease, was very helpful and compassionate and resolved the issue. Watch your ledger closely so this doesn't happen to you. I have been a loyal tenant for 4 years, with renter's insurance, which they have in file and on my tenant portal. But still, they had the nerve to charge me for 3 months of renter's insurance without my knowledge or consent. Now, they will not respond to email or return calls. And watch out for the "occupied inspections" because they will open every door, closet, and cabinet and take pictures. All of this for $2500/month? And I have pictures as proof!"

"I recently moved into one of rinehart properties in March and the AC went out the last week of April it was just fixed a week ago in June and I was told no accommodations could be made. They didn’t provide any type of cooling device as I was told they would This has be the worse not to add how much of an inconvenience that it caused me and my child but the fact it’s nothing they can do about it and the rent is over $1200 a month is crazy. July 29th I reported the washer going out and today is the 14th of August mind you someone came out on the 4th to look at it and the owner of the property would fix it the guy stated that they would have to order parts to fix it finally spoke with someone about the issue yesterday now I have to purchase a washer and dryer if I want it in this property because the owner decided not to fix it but they have failed to come remove the washer and dryer that is here inconveniencing me even more I WILL NEVER NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO A HOMELESS PERSON AND EVERY TIME I ENCOUNTER ANYTHING IM UPDATING MY REVIEW"
