"Since they apparently started a new page, deleting all their reviews, I'd like to reiterate my previous concerns/warning. Cindy, Robert's wife, is one of the front staff and also oversees the accounting side of things, is highly unprofessional. She deemed it appropriate to yell and berate me for asking simple questions on providing a detailed invoice, followed by bragging that she often spoke to clients poorly and justified her actions by announcing that she was Robert's wife. I had retained Rachel Fauser as counsel in dealing with a family law case. I did all of the heavy lifting such as writing my own affidavits, responses, hand delivering things, etc. At no point did I feel Rachel was doing more than the bare minimum. She was unprofessional in her ability to follow through with deadlines, disclosing important information, counseling/guiding me through the legal system, or even returning calls and emails in a timely manner. When these issues were brought to her attention as they were becoming problematic, she sent me an email of withdrawal of service right before a court hearing. I had to scramble to find other counsel, who not only achieved what Rachel couldn't in a fraction of the time and money, but was also upfront and professional during their paid services. I would not recommend this firm based upon my own experiences with them. And, if you need further convincing, a quick Google search would likely show all those past heeds of warning they've tried to bury. Good luck folks."
