"I was put in a very tough position. I had called the police because I was assaulted. As I waited for the arrival of the police I left the home where I was assaulted and stood next to my car. As the police arrived they were more concerned about me being next to the car rather than me being assaulted. I admitted that I was very intoxicated but was not driving. The officer claimed when he touched the hood it was hot and suggested I was driving. The people I was trying to distance myself from claimed they saw me drive. I was charged with a DUI and had my car impounded. I was faced with losing my licence, paying a $1200 fine and $1800 to have it removed from the impound yard. I thought I was doomed. With all the evidence stacked against me I thought there was no way I was getting out of this. I was put in contact with Mr. Pearse through a family member. After speaking with him I gained a lot of confidence that just maybe I could overcome this huge obstacle. Fast forward a matter of days I get a call from Mr. Pearse where he stated it was a ‘slam dunk’ victory. Despite all the evidence to support me driving intoxicated Mr. Pearse delivered in spades. I have my license, the police have to pay the towing bill and a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. He was a total pro. If I could give 10 stars I would."
