"With my situation, I was so lost, losing sleep, & terrified to check the daily mail. Randy was nice enough to take my call while I was in search for answers, or even closure. Randy was able to give me very clear direction on how to find that answer. Luckily, I learned that I did not have to go to court and my case was dropped. I made a mistake, but he still treated me empathetically over the phone, never anything less. I felt better just from the call alone, in the end, I felt like a human being again, not the monster and pariah that I was openly accused of."
