"I'd just like to pass along my gratitude for your firm's assistance in October. In a mere consultation call, Mr. Fahy took his time and provided guidance and advice in order for me to respond to a small claims matter, including a stay of proceedings procedure. I will never know the full story but, I took Mr. Fahy's advice and submitted my evidence. Low and behold, a few days later, the plaintiff suddenly became very amicable to accepting the same proposal which was rejected only days before my submission. I personally believe that my evidence, along with being armed with excellent legal advice, made the plaintiff realize they failed to negotiate with me in any sort of measure of good faith and that they would look very foolish in court.
