"I met John under some crazy circumstances. I am a full-time single father of two daughters, so when this disaster struck, it needed immediate attention. To compound this disaster, I had to find an attorney over the Labor Day Weekend. I had received a referral for John and made the call. While he didn't answer and I left a voicemail, John almost immediately called me back. He listened. Now, a single father of daughters is going to have some crazy story about how that happened. I have had a few attorneys that just want you to answer their questions and pretty much leave them alone. When an attorney listens, it makes you feel heard, understood, validated, and at ease. He told me he would take on my case, and we went from there. Attorneys often have to "handle" their clients. It is almost just as much work as all of the legal stuff. John took my calls when I was freaking out, answered my questions in a very point-blank way (which I loved), and brought me back down from a major anxiety attack. Of course, these "handling" calls aren't free, which brings me to my next point... Good attorneys are worth their weight in gold. Read that. Memorize it. Let it really sink in. If you're calling John, chances are you are in a situation you'd rather not be in. There is so much more to the legal world than most people know. Having someone to politely answer your questions is a must. He keeps you in the game, and that helps you focus on what's important. Essentially, what I'm trying to say is, John Polito is worth every penny I spent on him. Every last one. So, in summary, if you're looking for an AMAZING attorney to represent you that is kind, knowledgable, understanding, AVAILABLE, and worth every cent, look no further. John, if you're reading this, thank you. Thank you to you and all of your staff (and your daughter). All of you were excellent, and you treated me like family."
