"I will get my complaint out of first. As someone that is new to this the confusing hours are super frustrating and the convoluted call directory doesn’t offer much help unless you already know who you’re trying to call. That being said the people are a wealth of legal knowledge and very helpful in pointing someone in the right direction. I’d rave about their services but I was very confused trying to leave a message during the “off” hours. Very helpful people just a little bit of a hassle to get to them and that is super frustrating when you the individual is thrust into a new situation that can be super time sensitive."
