"I've been dealing with this practice for about 11 years and I've liked it, but recently I have been very frustrated. The staff is always nice, but it'd be nice to find a doctor or NP that won't get an attitude with me or talk to me like im stupid when I ask a question. In the past year I'm 0 for 2 on finding someone that can talk to me like a normal human being and not treat me like some clueless idiot."

"I’ve been here before and had great experiences. However I will no longer be coming to this location. After I had not had health insurance for a year I was looking forward to returning to see Dr. Brown. I scheduled my appointment in December and today am just being notified that I needed to have labs done before my appointment. Very upsetting being that everytime I came here I had blood work done after my appointment. Nobody called me and notified me that I needed to have lab work done before my appointment, even though they had ample time to do so. I checked back in my voicemails and my chart to make sure I was not notified and sure enough I wasn’t. Huge inconvenience being that I took off of work."
