Phil Clark, J.D. Senior Associate Attorney Phil Clark is a seasoned criminal defense attorney whose legal pedigree spans five generations. His distinguished lineage includes Jonas J. Clark, appointed by President Abraham Lincoln as the United States Attorney for the District of Kansas City in 1861, and William Clark, the renowned explorer of the Lewis and Clark expedition. Mr. Clark earned his law degree from the University of Denver, where he demonstrated early excellence in trial advocacy. Prior to bar admission, he completed over 35 supervised trials—an extraordinary feat in modern legal training. In 1990, he passed the Colorado Bar Exam with such distinction that the second portion of the test was waived. Following his admission to the bar, Mr. Clark spent nearly two decades as a senior prosecutor in the Metro-Denver area, trying complex cases ranging from homicides and drug trafficking to DUI and domestic violence. He later served as Deputy District Attorney for Weld County and was elected to the State Governing Board of the Colorado District Attorney’s Council, where he worked alongside elected District Attorneys and senior officials from the Governor’s Office, Attorney General’s Office, and United States Attorney’s Office. This extensive prosecutorial experience provided him with an insider’s understanding of how criminal cases are built and tried—insight he now uses to the advantage of his clients in criminal defense. Respected for his courtroom skill and legal insight, Mr. Clark has been involved in numerous high-profile cases and has lectured at both high school and collegiate levels. While he values his public accomplishments, he takes greatest pride in the trust and gratitude of his clients, whose lives he has worked tirelessly to defend.

"Donated 2600$ to the Bagley Law Firm. No allocation of parental rights were ever performed per the contract I signed. I got a second opinion and they literally don't need opposing lawyers permission to file a motion. 9 months of pure hell. Scandalous. I was told not to cash their refund check. I paid and all they gave me was excuses to file a 100$ motion. I hate this place. Never once did they perform allocation of representation of the contract signed."

"This Law Firm is by far one of the worst firms that I ever come across. They are condescending to clients, and will take your money, all while putting minimum effort in to your case. They use a system that is designed to rob you regardless of how you feel, meaning they'll convince you that things will go bad in your case unless you pay them more money. If you can't afford to pay any more, they'll relieve themselves from your case and insult you.We've reported them to the bar association, and hope that others who've been wronged will do the same. Sad that mr bagley himself was once mayor of Longmont, but doesn't surprise me, as he's hot headed and has no genuine concerne for the people of Longmont."
