"Thank you for everyone that posted all your reviews I was looking at this and thought wow seems too good to be true, I understand they have a business but maybe they should get better quality products and or dispute the quality with the people that are ordering from, thank you everyone for saving me the headache"

"I ordered 9/7, no shipping info, tracking or anything which made me worry but my Coco Coupe electric golf cart did arrive 9/27. It works fine and I only have to charge it once a week. It charges in a regular wall outlet. I'm knocking off one star because it didn't come with the title. You have to order it separately and wait for it to come in the mail whenever, when I was under the impression that it came with the vehicle. It's causing a delay in getting it registered and plated which is frustrating."

"I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a golf cart, paying extra for delivery and assembly. Right away there were problems: the cart arrived without a charging cable and with one mirror already broken. They sent a replacement cable and two mirrors, but the mirrors didn’t fit the holes they had drilled, so they were useless. When I contacted them again, they did nothing. Once we finally got the cart running, I discovered the steering wheel had been installed incorrectly during assembly. Worse, the batteries began draining quickly and died within a few months. When I reached out, the company told me I needed special equipment to drain and refill the batteries. I went through that process, but it didn’t solve the problem. When I asked them to stand behind their product or escalate the issue, they stopped responding altogether. I’m writing this review to warn others: if you happen to get a golf cart without problems, consider yourself lucky. But if you experience any issues, don’t expect this company to stand behind their products or support you as a customer."

"I bought my son a four wheeler for Christmas in 2024. So far it’s August and it’s been back with the same issue 5 times which is the bolts breaking off or falling off which causes the exhaust to fall out. Do not buy from this place. Yes they may be cheap and offer financing but you’re gonna be very upset with the quality and problems along with it. I will never buy from them again."
