I graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1997. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and immediately began working as an assistant state attorney for the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office where I prosecuted hundreds of criminal defendants. Towards the end of 1998, I then entered civil practice when I joined the Legal Aid Office in Dade County, Florida where I assisted clients in family law matters ranging from divorce, to distribution of properties and debts. Thereafter, in 1999, I went into private practice, and based upon my experience and qualifications was also appointed as a Traffic Magistrate in Palm Beach County in 2002 where I presided over hundreds of traffic-related cases. In my private practice I have handled hundreds of family and divorce cases. I also represent clients that are experiencing financial difficulties and are in need of filing for bankruptcy due to divorce, unemployment, illness or other reasons. Since 2002, our firm has provided immigration services to clients who have immigrated from other countries or intend to do so and need our assistance in establishing legal residency and /or citizenship here in the U.S. Our firm also handles accident/personal injury cases involving car accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, defective products and dog bites. "I had in mind to recommend this lawyer at the beginning, everything is fine, she charges and makes her believe that she will help some time later since she cannot, she sends her assistant to cancel the cases saying that the lawyer cannot continue representing but they do not give a clear explanation and for more questions or reasons or explanations they do not give them, they simply do not give an answer and they leave. I am a real former client with proof and I put this in Spanish so that you are not deceived by this lawyer into not trusting her services"

"For me, she was the worst lawyer I could have had. She charged me a deposit of $1,750 and until today I have not even had a receipt for the money I paid her. After collecting the money from me, she called me a week later and rejected my case. that she couldn't deal with the problems between my wife and me, can you believe that! I hired her for my divorce, not for my wedding, and forget about the money I paid her, I never received a refund or a receipt, be very careful with this lady."

"We had a nightmare's with her. She did not follow up at all once we won the case, we wasted months and cost us thousands of dollars. Peggy refused to respond to texts, voicemails and emails. Shockingly unprofessional, typical greedy divorce attorney with only her best interest in mind. I would never recommend this person to anyone"
