"Usually i dont have any issue here (ive had a PO Box here for almost 2 yrs) but today (9/9/25 @ 2:50pm) The front desk lady was petty and played passive aggressive games to waste time. Asked me for all types of info, while package was literally RIGHT NEXT TO HER behind the window. Its NEVER been this difficult to pick up packages here and they usually have to retrieve it somewhere in the back. She continued the passive aggressive attitude once it became obvious I wad getting irritated, yelling out to me to have a nice day, etc as I walked away."

"I will never, again, let this post office handle Mail Hold for me. The last time the instructions were clear: deliver accumulated mail on Thursday. But no mail was delivered that day, nor on Friday and Saturday (I had given the benefit of the doubt that my mail would be coming on Friday). The next Monday there was nobody there to open the post office; several people had to ask before someone finally said it would be probably a half-hour before someone would be available (this was 20 minutes after the posted opening time). When I went to find out what happened to my mail the clerk replied, "Your regular mail carrier went on vacation". Strange that no instructions were left for his substitute, or anyone else there, even as my neighbors kept receiving their mail. I will ask my neighbors to pick up my mail, and hold it for me, whenever I am out of town. This post office can't be trusted to handle a mail hold request."

"Can you give some current updates on the reopening of the office? I have a very valuable package that is at the facility that customers service says is going to be destroyed??? It is at the facility and was scanned in. At the least re deliver the packages after the asbestos issue is resolved. Asbestos is only dangerous if it is disturbed. Not sure who would be climbing into the ceiling to mess with it. Your office is a scam and probably re selling valuable packages. You will be investigated for my package at the least."

"Terrible. There wasn't even any signage or information outside to inform me of where my mail is being redirected to due to the asbestos problem. I had to go to another post office, just to have the receptionist tell me I had to drive to El Segundo to pick up, and she was pretty rude about it. Now my package is apparently going to be destroyed without my consent because it's been deemed contaminated. This is a scam and feels like it should be illegal! They aren't even offering reimbursement for packages. That's not even covering the fact that I can't just replace what I'd ordered, so now I've been completely screwed over and there's nothing I can do about it!"

"My sister called them for me and highly recommended that I go with them. I asked to speak with James to get more information once the retainer was sent unfortunately communication is not his strong suite at all. I’ve had lawyers in the past that communicated with me every step of the way, if you plan on using them be prepared to be ghosted after you send the retainer. Ive also called and asked to switch to another lawyer in the firm but they still sent me back to James, I’m not happy and as of now I don’t really recommend, If and when my situation clears I’ll update my review."

"Several years ago, I needed legal assistance after getting charged with a pair of misdemeanors. I reached out to James Kim with my case, and he helped tremendously. Through the entirety of the case, he always responded immediately with any questions or help I needed regarding the case. I even remember him taking time out of his personal days to call me with information that I needed. With my case being nearly four years ago, I still contact James from time to time with help signing legal documents that ask about past charges. Every time we talk, he remembers every detail of my case and will walk me through how to sign and answer certain questions (things like job applications, college paperwork, background checks etc.). James also communicated between California and the Arizona Department of Public Safety in getting my fingerprint clearance card for college. He called and emailed the offices of the AZ Department of Public Safety to ensure that all of my paperwork got to the right people. James was sure to do all of the behind the scenes work with the courts and police station and bridge the communication between them all. The advice and support that James, and his firm, gave my family and me throughout and after the whole case made it possible to get everything situated for college and beyond. I speak very highly of James Kim and Takakjian & Sitkoff, as they truly set me up for success in my future by working diligently to help me through my charges."

"I was recently in a position where I needed legal assistance and I was definitely concerned and worried about the possible outcome of my case. I had over the phone consultations with approximately 5-6 different law firms. James Kim at Takakjian & Sitkoff was one of the first gentlemen I spoke with. After my conversation with Mr. Kim I felt more knowledgeable about the possible results of my case, he definitely made me feel more comfortable about my situation. I then did my due diligence and spoke with some other firms, however, the conversation with James stuck with me. I went ahead and chose Takakjian & Sitkoff because of it. I then met with James, he came out to the city where I'm employed so I wouldn't miss to much work. After exchanging paperwork we went over my case again discussing the possible results. During our conversation James indicated to me that Paul Takakjian would be representing me. As my court date approached Paul reached out to me to go over the details of my situation as well as verify some of the information. He verified information from the people involved as well as the DMV, both of whom I was having a difficult time getting anything from. At my court date, Paul arrived, presented a packet to the DA, spoke with him briefly and got the charges dismissed. It was the best possible outcome. It's also the outcome that James had initially told me was possible. Being in that position was disappointing and concerning, however, being represented by James and Paul made it so much more comforting. I'm very happy with their work and effort. From what started out as a decision that I was hopeful was right, turned out to be a great choice. I can't recommend them enough. I'm very pleased. Other people in the courtroom even noticed. After my case was heard, the court broke for a recess, several other people from the courtroom came up to me afterward and said "you have a good attorney, who is that?" It was Paul Takakjian."

"Beyond highly recommended. Both James and Paul were warm, friendly, supportive and went the extra mile in so many ways to get the outcome that was fair and surpassed my wildest expectations. They were patient, listened and walked me through what was a very stressful time for me. If you are in the unfortunate scenario of needing a criminal defense lawyer; look no further than Takakjian and Sitkoff. Seriously. You won't regret it!"
