"DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM. I am speaking from experience you are better off representing your self when it comes to them they will not help you at all they will take weeks and weeks and drag your case out and every time they contact you they charge you for it and takes 2 days to reply them and then when you think something has been filed nothing has and when they contact you because they think they need more information before filing anything they will charge and before you know your retainer is all gone and they are asking for more money with out doing anything. Even the lawyer I had left the firm because she did not like the way things were with them because of how they do things. they don't help you they take your money. the new lawyer they assigned me to drop me with in two weeks of my court date. she didn't even tell me i had a court date i had to consult with another lawyer myself. they did nothing to help me except argue with the opposing lawyer to allow the defendant to let me see my daughter cause my daughter was getting alienated from me for almost 2 weeks. they over charged me and did absolutely nothing with my case and was just waiting for the other persons lawyer to do everything. and during the whole time they will do nothing and just ask one question each day and every time they ask and you respond they will drain your retainer. and have nothing filed. I complained to do them to be in the process of receiving a refund for some of the money they took from me it was 7500 they took from me and for what ? for filing a few forms ? it doesn't take that much to file a few forms. And the stuff that should've been filed and that i asked to get filed they kept refusing to and telling me why they didn't want to and wanted to keep delaying the process only to drop me and remove them selves from my case in the end , i payed 7500 dollars to them just so i can represent myself , i wish i would've never went to them but i cant change the pass but i hope i can help someone with this review to save your money and go to someone else or to just file your self. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. When i asked for a refund they sent me a statement of receipt claiming they was gonna give me some of the money back , and then reneged on it and never sent it to me. AND WHEN I CALLED THEM FOR AN EXPLAINATION THEY JUST IGNORED AND NEVER RETURN MY CALLS OR MESSAGES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. these people are con artist im a real person I promise you stay away from them if you need more info about why u shouldn't hire them please contact me through gmail. Brandy and Patrick and Michelle don't do anything but take your money and ignore you and if cost me 7500 dollars why wouldn't you filed what i asked to get filed instead of prolonging my case and making it longer then what it should've been and all for me to just represent myself. i got horrible service from them , it was already horrible having my kid alienated away from me and they just made it worse. The only person who helped me was Mrs. Looney who quit because she didn't like the way the firm did things and not filing what needs to be filed. stay away from this office and go with someone else. or get ripped off and get stripped and have your pockets drained and get ditched at court by them cause they wont represent you at all."

"I had the extreme displeasure of being the defendant of a very complicated divorce with my ex husband and Patrick Sampair represented.. (don’t get me wrong, I was definitely part of the complications). Let me just say, I wish Mr. Sampair were my lawyer. Hire him, hire him now before your ex does."

"First let me say, I had no idea of what to expect during this difficult process. Patrick, Michelle and the rest of the office staff guided me with care the entire way. Even though my process took much longer than it ever should have, they helped me make the best decisions that would affect me long term. Because of Patrick's savviness and expertise, I am not paying alimony to my spouse .. and for that alone, I'm more grateful than words can express. Patrick and team made me feel more like family, rather than a client going through a difficult divorce. I hope I never need to hire a law firm for a divorce but if I did, I would 100% use The Sampair group again. PS- Michelle was an absolute delight! She always found a way to brighten my day with a funny text/email or just encouraging words."
