Patricia is an AV rated attorney (Martindale Hubbell) with 15 years' experience as a litigator focused on labor and employment, civil litigation, and general counsel services. Patricia offers the full range of legal services to business owners, including dispute resolution. Patricia also represents individuals subjected to sexual harassment, sexual assault, and gender discrimination in civil lawsuits, and practices family imigration law on behalf of families and refugees. She has served as general counsel to a group of professional engineers and construction contractors, where she created and grew a legal department and developed expertise in matters ranging from corporate governance and contract negotiation to management training and litigation oversight. Prior to her Bar admission, Patricia developed critical skills through her work in law enforcement investigating sex crimes and child abuse complaints. Patricia is Co-Chair of the Immigration Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association and a member of the American Association for Justice and the Crime Victims Bar Association.
