"Had an appt scheduled for today. Received a text confirmation and email confirmation and yet they didn’t have my appointment logged in their system. I drive 40 mins for the appointment and they couldn’t even fit me in despite it being their screw up. Now they are expecting me to drive all the way back for an appointment on a different day. NO. What they should be doing is calling the Sacramento location (which is closer) until they can find an appointment cancelation where I could be squeezed in."

"Everything is good, clean, tidy. The reception staff is friendly. They did everything perfectly and gave recommendations. Natalie was very good, everything was done correctly, she did the ultrasound clearly! Very nice. I told you everything. Everything is good, the atmosphere is relaxing. I recommend it."

"I loved the mamogram tech. She made me feel comfortable. She never made me feel like my breasts were something to be ashamed of. On the other hand... I had an ultrasound after the scan. The US tech was never able to engage comfortably. I felt as if she was weirded out to see my mammories and thus made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure why, but she made me feel very uncomfortable. Otherwise!!! It was a nice place. Clean, quick, and the interaction with the doctor was great! Dr Lee is amazing."
