"My LegalShield membership has been invaluable to me over the last 4 years. I have used it over and over! My most recent issue was with the company that installed the solar panels on my new smarthome. Though we have a 25 yr warranty on all parts & labor; our main monitoring device stopped working! I contacted them requesting immediate replacement. They agreed but I lo & behold I received an email stating nothing could be done at this time. Why? They had declared bankruptcy and until a new company took over, we had to wait. I tapped my app, sent the emails to the law firm and scheduled an immediate consultation. My attorney contacted me as scheduled and immediately prepared and sent a nice nasty letter out and within about a week they responded. I just scheduled the date to have my monitoring device replaced. My cost was zero.Thank you Legalshield!"
