"We, the family want to share our experience. My stepson was facing serious charges and was originally assigned a public defender (  Chris Kilpatrick ) from Erie PA County I contacted that attorney several times—he told me everything I wanted to hear, promised he was working on the case, but after six weeks, he hadn’t even visited my stepson in prison once.
