"I took my mom to be evaluated so we can get the form N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions filed. The lady who evaluated her was very professional and nice. She spoke Spanish so made the process even easier for my mom. She took her time with her to make sure she was qualified. We went twice to get this done. Totally recommend this place if you're looking for something similar like our case. Thank you so much."

"Lepage's office has been super helpful! They did a wonderful analysis for an N-648 (test exemption due to medical reasons) for a US citizenship case of ours. And, they are very trauma informed."

"My significant other went to see Kelly Mahoney based on a referral from her therapist who she has seen for over a year suggesting she may need to be evaluated for ADHD. Upon arriving Kelly was highly dismissive, and jumped to many conclusions without spending more than a single 30 minute conversation, without performing any evaluation. This 30 minute dismissive appointment costed us nearly 400 dollars, and gave nearly no direction. I would highly recommend someone else who is less dismissive, and cares more to try and understand. Further she made generalization comments about everyone being neurodivergent, and how ADHD is simply a Fad that will pass. This leaves people like my significant other out to dry due to this individual’s laziness and lack of effort. I will add other than this she has had a great experience with her therapist, and time there. I would recommend the location just not this individual."
