"Dealt with one lady named Kelly Casey, not professional, lack of communication. Apparently she can send off letters for you. She can thank you for all the information you give her regarding the case. She'll even ask you what you would like to do about the case and you tell her. And she doesn't tell you at the time that she can't do it or take the case. She allows you to communicate with her for 2 months then you have to reach out to other fellow paralegals just to get an answer from her. Then when you ask for her employer she tells you she doesn't need to explain anything to you. SMH. I dealt with lawyers and paralegals over my time and without a doubt paralegals are paralegals for a reason and not an actual lawyer. You can't play the shady games that they play and be a lawyer and keep being a lawyer without getting disbarred."
