"Had a horrible experience with this division compared to other defense teams I’ve worked with in other counties. Constantly switched with defenders with no notification, no call backs until days or week later, lacked knowledge on my case/background & unhelpful with my case on things truly needed. Definitely was brushed off just to get the case off the desk. Hope no one else experiences this."

"Thos office and its employees are the best I have encountered. The professionalism is shown in the way that they are always available and handle your matters in a way tha5 shows you are just another pay check. They care about their clients or that is what I have observed in every encounter with any of their staff even if they are not your attorney. I just pray that this office is on the chopping block. John."

"Does not counsel with all clients. Also, pick up your phone. If you have official business hours atleast respect them and operate within them or else why are they listed as such."

"I don't even want to give them a single star rating because Robert Lockhart is by far one of the most useless attorneys that I have ever had. I have been dealing with this case now for over three years and have court today at 1:30. Called his office yesterday, the day before, every single day last week and many times before that. All trying to reach him before this hearing. Finally got someone on the phone yesterday that promised he would be calling today before my hearing. Guess what? He hasn't called. So I called him instead. Conveniently he is out sick today. What am I supposed to do with this guy? File a grievance with the Wsba? Because that's the only thing I can think of that would actually get his attention. I'm not even sure how or why he is still employed. -Mariah Williams"
