DVLawyers AI Summary:

The firm primarily operates Regus, which offers flexible office solutions that cater to businesses of all sizes. Their focus is on providing customizable office spaces, coworking environments, and meeting rooms to accommodate various business needs. While not specifically a law firm or one that directly addresses domestic violence, Regus emphasizes creating professional environments that can help individuals focus on their work and enhance productivity. Their tone is friendly and supportive, aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The language used reflects an understanding of the diverse needs of businesses, including those who may require a discreet and safe working environment. They highlight the importance of flexibility, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals transitioning away from situations of domestic abuse who might need a stable yet adaptable workspace. For survivors seeking a professional setting that promotes safety and privacy, Regus could be a viable option. However, it is essential for individuals to consider their specific needs and circumstances. While Regus provides excellent workspace solutions, they do not directly provide legal counsel or support for domestic violence issues. Therefore, survivors might want to explore legal resources alongside seeking a workspace that meets their needs.

"Absolutely do not use regus. There is fine print that will crush you in case you want to stop using their service. There are so many better companies out there. You have been warned. Stay away."

"The people running this office is absolutely incompetent. They created two contracts under my company and couldn't figure out how to cancel one over another. In the meantime, they kept charging me all these fees and the bill amounted to over $1000 USD in 3 months. Here is the problem with this location: - The office managers in this location can not seem to get their accounting people to make basic adjustments to your bill - There is no way to easily call the billing department if you have an issue. When you log into your account, the options to choose "billing error" or "contract issues" is not available - You can only write an email which takes days before you get an answer. - Had numerous tickets created with NONE resolved and answers were irrelevant to my original question. - You CAN NOT reply back to the ticket you receive from their customer support. It is a ONE way conversation. - Regus is an absolute joke. They are running circles with each other. Nothing resolved, endless conversation. I had about 50 emails going back and forth for over 4 months to try to get them to cancel the incorrect contract and adjust the final bill. In the end, I never used their service but now on the hook to pay for their errors. I'm filing an official business complaint for this company. Absolute incompetence with billing department, customer support and management. Before you consider this company and this specific office, check out the thousands and thousands of complaints on Trustpilot and other reviews. Save yourself the headache and find another office to rent *** You tell me to contact you via facebook but there is NO ONE on messenger and the only links that exist sends me back to your website where there is not easy way to get in touch with one person to resolve a simple issue. Make it easy for your customers to get the help they need instead of sending them in a loop."
